Group Therapy

Group therapy provides you with the opportunity to be with and gain support from individuals dealing with similar issues, life circumstances, or goals.  With the therapist as the facilitator, you will be given the opportunity to express yourself and feel connected to others who are dealing with the same difficulties.  Understanding, empathy, and support are key components that are the backbone of all groups.  Examples of groups are divorce support group, children of divorce group, bereavement group, women’s empowerment, anxiety and depression groups, etc.
